I bought a parts washing cabinet a little over a year ago. Since then the pump has went out twice. First time, they sent me a pump and I had to fix it myself. Second time, I can't get anyone to answer my emails. Never again.

terrible customer service. do not give these crooks your money. if something is wrong with your lift they will lead you through a weeks long waste of your time taking & sending them pictures of their junk lift & still not fix their junk product. base was welded on one of the posts so crooked it was needing over 1/2" of shims. (not safe) After taking multiple pictures of a framing square on it showing how bad it was off they still tried to blame it on my concrete. the junk quality lift was still on a crate so how could it be ... read more
Terrible customer service! They sent the wrong lift. We agreed to keep the lift but needed to send the jack lift back because it won’t work with the lift we received. Travis agreed to have the jack picked up at our expense and give us a refund for the jack minus shipping. Last we heard from him, he had scheduled for someone to come pick it up. No one has picked up the jack and I have called many times to try to speak to Travis and I get laughing on the other end prior to them “transferring” me and no one ever picks up!! Won’... read more
bought a 10000 lb hoist in 2016. had a crew cab duramax on it which I've done multiple times and this time one of the arms had bent and bent the carriage also. so I order new ones because they said it's not supposed to lift a 7500 lb vehicle. they send me my new carriage and arm and they send the wrong ones. now I've been waiting for about two months with the wrong parts sitting in my way still because they said the right parts wont be done until end of april. now they wont email or talk on the phone with me anymore or refun... read more
I purchased a twin post lift from the DE store a couple years ago and was pleased with everything. I just purchased a second lift from the same DE store. While installing the lift I needed some Tech support. James B. from the Tech department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful~!
