Great company until they get your money. I have a complaint in with BBB about their business practices. Sold me a lift, super helpful until I received it damaged, Greg Smith’s employee Kelly and a manager agreed that the runway was bent and they will replace and ship a new one within 4 weeks. Both very nice and cooperative but kept telling me it will be a few weeks. No problem. Horrible customer service. Wanted to purchase a APEX 10, just needed someone to sell me the lift and get it shipped to me. Called and got a very rude employee. Ended up buying the lift, not from these guys. Didn't want a deal or better pricing, just someone to do the transaction and not be an a**hat.
They won't honor their catalog prices. I just tryed to order a lift at the currant catalog price, but they said it has gone up since the last time the catalog was released. They will give me 10% discount for Black Friday which brings the price back down to about catalog price. So they jack up the price and try and give you a discount?
I've had my 4 post 8000 lb lift for a year and a half now and I'm really pleased with it. Instructions were minimal but it assembled fairly easy and works great. I would change nothing. Only regret is not getting one years ago.
Fast and friendly. Did all my research online, stopped in just after lunchtime (came from michigan), purchased my lift and they had me loaded and on my way 20 minutes after I arrived.
