Avoid this BEDBUG haven This poorly managed mess was infested with bedbugs and still haven't compensated us for our lost furniture. Not even worth a visit.
Verified Renter Greenwood point has been a very pleasant community to live in. Location is great, and relatively close to everything. The entire staff is always helpful, friendly, and kind. Communication from management to residents seems to always be a priority, which is great. The incredible maintenance team is always on top of it and always share a friendly smile.

Verified Renter In my experience, the neighbors have all been friendly, you can't beat the access to the walking/biking trail, it is pet friendly, the office staff have been professional & responsive and the maintenance staff are amazing- friendly, professional, responsive and since the little things matter, I appreciate that they are friendly with my dog. Thanks for creating a nice community

Verified Renter I enjoy living at this community with my kids. The renovations are really nice, and I like that the community is tucked back away from Broadway. It is in a great location. The property staff is always friendly and they work hard... I plan on renewing my lease. We are happy with out apartment enjoy living at Greenwood Point.
