Verified Renter We have been very happy here at Greenwood Point for nearly 3 years. I've never had any significant issues in the apartment complex. The staff are very nice and accommodating. They hold events for residents which I think it really nice to build a sense of community. It is nice to live next to the Dry Creek trail, especially now with a dog. In the next 2 years we will be looking to buy a house but plan on remaining here until then.

Verified Renter We have lived at Greenwood Point for 2.5 years. It is quiet and the apartments are decently sized for the price. We will continue to renew until we decide to purchase a home as long as our rent remains reasonable. I would personally like to see more upkeep of the apartment entries (cleaning spiderwebs, general sweeping). Otherwise, the complex as a whole always look nice and is kept up.
