Verified Renter We have lived at Greenwood Point for 2.5 years. It is quiet and the apartments are decently sized for the price. We will continue to renew until we decide to purchase a home as long as our rent remains reasonable. I would personally like to see more upkeep of the apartment entries (cleaning spiderwebs, general sweeping). Otherwise, the complex as a whole always look nice and is kept up. Save yourself the headache. Don’t waste your money or time. This was my first apartment and when my lease was up I was ready and excited to leave, however I was a newbie at renting and didn’t know about having to give a 60 day notice and so my husband and I got stuck in yet another lease here. We have had issues with out AC unit in both apartments we’ve rented, the first time our apartment was getting up to 90°+ and it took maintenance 5 days to fix it.
