Save yourself the headache. Don’t waste your money or time. This was my first apartment and when my lease was up I was ready and excited to leave, however I was a newbie at renting and didn’t know about having to give a 60 day notice and so my husband and I got stuck in yet another lease here. We have had issues with out AC unit in both apartments we’ve rented, the first time our apartment was getting up to 90°+ and it took maintenance 5 days to fix it. Sign Lease at Your Own Risk I move A LOT, and of all of the places I've lived in the last decade, this was, by far, the worst. In addition to the TERRIBLE location, I dealt with a management staff that was less than qualified to be running an operation of this size. Greenwood Point The apartment and the community itself is nice and updated. It's a pretty quiet complex. We have an updated unit which is a bit nicer, with ample space for us. Dual master bedrooms is a plus. Whenever there is a maintenance issue it gets handled quickly. Cons: There is never any close parking after 7 and never on the weekends. My apartment is poorly insulated so in the winter we freeze even with the heat and blankets. The flooring between units could use some work so you don't hear and smell everything strong... read more
