Verified Renter Greenwood Point is a very nice, clean and quiet place to live. Move-in was quick and easy and the leasing staff is very professional and answered all our questions. I love our apartment and the few neighbors we have met are very friendly.
Sign Lease at Your Own Risk I move A LOT, and of all of the places I've lived in the last decade, this was, by far, the worst. In addition to the TERRIBLE location, I dealt with a management staff that was less than qualified to be running an operation of this size. Here is one example (of many) that demonstrates the ineptitude I am referencing: When it came time to move out, I missed the 60-day deadline to give notice by five days. Greenwood Point The apartment and the community itself is nice and updated. It's a pretty quiet complex. We have an updated unit which is a bit nicer, with ample space for us. Dual master bedrooms is a plus. Whenever there is a maintenance issue it gets handled quickly. Cons: There is never any close parking after 7 and never on the weekends. My apartment is poorly insulated so in the winter we freeze even with the heat and blankets. The flooring between units could use some work so you don't hear and smell everything strong... read more
