    Verified Renter Community is excellent and all of the amenities are great. If the apartment I moved into would have just been properly maintained or properly renovated this would have been a better review.

    Avoid this BEDBUG haven This poorly managed mess was infested with bedbugs and still haven't compensated us for our lost furniture. Not even worth a visit.

    Verified Renter Greenwood point has been a very pleasant community to live in. Location is great, and relatively close to everything. The entire staff is always helpful, friendly, and kind. Communication from management to residents seems to always be a priority, which is great. The incredible maintenance team is always on top of it and always share a friendly smile.
