I have a lot anxiety when it comes to going to dentist but they made me feel more ease. They were very friendly, did a good job explaining things to me, and treated me with respect.
Always a great experience and I never dread going to the dentist. The staff are professional, timely and very friendly!
As one who has always dreaded the trip to the dentist, I am thrilled to say that I now look forward to my visits. The ladies who clean my teeth are thorough and gentle and Dr Ackerman is the best! He’s straight forward, honest and very careful to be gentle. Great experience!
Everyone is always so friendly & helpful. They always make sure your are comfortable, and they always show that your concerns are important to them. Ackerman is very knowledgeable, kind, & professional. Him & his staff of wonderful ladies always go above & beyond.
This is probably the cleanest dentist office in Greenwood. The hygienist had a tough job with my teeth but she did it!
I thoroughly enjoyed my teeth cleaning. The dental hygienist not only cleaned my teeth well, but also my gums. She gave me great pointers for at home care too. Dr. Ackerman is always personable & professional.
I, like many, am concerned about contracting this potentially fatal virus. With that in mind I put on my big boy pants and mask and ventured for a dental appointment at Greenwood Family Dentistry. Upon entering instructions were given to use the hand sanitizer and to step into a room where a temperature screening and questionnaire took place. All personnel had masks and gloves. I use to hate to go to the dentist but I love to go now. They all make you feel welcome and like you are a part of their family, job family that is. The whole team is great and they give 100% in doing their jobs. My teeth get cleaned and I just feel great when I leave.
The entire staff is top notch, very sweet and professional. They have worked wonderfully with my children saving us from having to go to a special kids dentist. We all come as a family and everyone is excited about going. All procedures we have had done were so delicately done and virtually no pain! That know their stuff! We always feel loved in this office. Could not recommend higher! Best one in Greenwood for sure. I would even consider driving to them if they were only an hour away or so because they are that good!
