The staff is always pleasant and helpful! And Dr. Ackerman is the BEST!
The dentist and assistant were both professional and comforting! Especially since it was Tornado warnings/watches during my procedure. My crown feels great! A day to remember 😳😂
I had a very good visit for a 6 month cleaning. While being very professional, they still make you feel like part of the family.
I have visited Greenwood Family Dentistry several times since I moved to Greenwood in June of 2020. The staff along with Dr. Ackerman are very professional, courteous and efficient. Dr. Ackerman has been very thorough and helpful in getting the treatment I’ve needed. The regular cleaning and exam I had today was excellent!
I just had a crown,Dr. Ackerman and everyone of the staff are very courteous, friendly,and go the extra mile.They also just fitted and had dentures made for my 91 yr. Old father.Entire staff treated him as if he were their own family.I highly recommend this office for any dental work
I was warmly greeted by the staff which is very nice especially if you’re anxious about being at the dentist. No fears, they were awesome. The hygienist was patient and very thorough in her examination. She was mindful to not make me uncomfortable. Dr. Ackerman was great. He listened to my concerns and talked about a routine for my teeth. And he’s handsome too which is always nice...😊 I would highly recommend this office.

Great experience! Was a little nervous going in, but the staff was excellent explaining everything that was happening. Zero pain. The process was fascinating and relatively quick. Great job.
