HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE! DO NOT GO HERE. They lied to me repeatedly. They sold a car out from underneath me while I was still negotiating. Do yourself a favor and NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!

Shady business practices. I bought a car last night and they Slipped an extended warranty on my contract without ever. asking if I wanted it. I don’t. I didn’t receive any information on who the extended warranty is through, what it covers, nothing. They also add a $799 Lux care fee to your contract as well without saying a thing. It’s supposed to cover what they did to recondition the car before you buy. The price you end up with is way higher than the internet price. Absolutely worst service department of any dealership I have ever done business with! Rude, disrespectful, and zero knowledge of the vehicles they sale. The worst part about this dealership is it is the only KIA around.

I have had a KIA vehicle for the past ten years and never have I been so misled and overcharged the entire time I have had my vehicles serviced at this location. My recent experience needs to be told as we consumers should NOT be so duped by this company. I had to order a replacement key for my 2017 Sportage and the total outrageous charge was $358.73 which I was led to believe was the only amount I would need to pay. Greenway Kia Franklin TN has the worst salesman & supervisor I have ever dealt with. Purchased a 2013 ***** Challenger with damaged windshield and worked in the desl for replacement. It's been a over a week and yet to happen. I have called numerous times for an appointment. Each time told by clerical staff will relay message to salesman and can't get him to call . Bought our 2021 Kia Sorento on Apr 25th. 90 days later(with numerous calls to the dealership) and we still do not have tags. Additionally, our bank has sent us 2 letters saying this dealership has not sent them the title work. Dealership has now issued us 3 temporary tags for this vehicle(which I believe to be possibly illegal). Every time we call the finance/title department, no one answers. Wife spoke to the General manager and he blew her off. They sweet talk you to get the car off the lot and then they leave you hanging.... read more

I took my car here for a routine fix to the AC, I was told the compressor wasn't working so they had to replace the part. The following week, the AC was out again, and I took it back in and they had told me they had missed a chip in the compressor and would replace it for me. I took it back the second time and I had to wait from 8 am - 3 pm just to get my car back. Then, right as I drove off the lot my car was making some noise, but I didn't think much of it. I purchased a pre-owned car in December. At the time, I was a tad worried by the dealership's lack of compliance with COVID protocol (multiple employees not wearing masks, those who did were not wearing them correctly on average). Purchased vehicle new from this dealership. Dealership did all service visits. Started having oil consumption issues around 60,000. Service department always blamed turnover, bad tech, etc. Kept putting me off until I insisted on an oil consumption test. Consumption test came back with a serious problem. After nearly a year of getting the run around, promises broken, not getting calls back, non answers, etc, now they say they cannot do anything because I am past my warranty period. What?
