Grumpy staff, including a VERY rude officer out front. Small and plain with few food options. Security check was a tiny room, causing many choke points along the way. One would expect more from an "international" airport. What a joke.
I hope when ya'll finish the construction there will be a precheck lane at security. Security lately has been way longer lines.
I think the lady working the gate should be cleaning toilets with her shitty attitude, since when do you answer a question with a question? Unprofessional
4 months later and the same issue remains. Huge lines at security check point A. No AC. No precheck line. No priority line. One TSA guy. Such an epic failure. Again.
Quick in and quick out, under construction, not a bad little airport, prices outrageous as always.
Check-In was a breeze! Great first experience with GSP so far. This being a smaller airport there is less crowd so l'm loving it!
GSP is convenient in size. Construction has been taking time. Wifi is free, when it works. Restaurant selection is in adequate in choice and capacity in A wing.
Much improved. Security folks were very nice. However wifi doesn't connect, and when I politely asked and employee about, she was extremely rude. Hope they fix the wifi and fire the bad employees.
From the main entrance, this airport is lacking any signage or directions. At night you well be driving in the country as they have no lights let alone any lighted signs for direction. Very poor for a regional airport that is growing.
