Officer Evans and Officer Cordell gave me a ticket for not carrying my emotional support dog in my arms (she has papers). They chose to ticket me almost $500 (the largest fine they can give for my "offense") and it is my first offense!!! The DOT clearly states I can bring my dog with me to the airport- it does not say I have to carry her!!! My dog is 28 pounds- really??? I should carry her??? And what if it's a mastiff??? RJ Rockers opened at 4:30am enabling me to have a full and good breakfast prior to a 6:10am flight. Talk about a pro-customer concessions policy!
I missed my flight but the ladies at the Delta counter were amazing! They worked their magic and got me on an earlier flight than expected! And waved the fees!!! Thank you Delta ladies!!
My flight got canceled yesterday to Dallas for weather conditions and weather was good there, then I got reschedule for today to leave at 6am again with american airlines, and the crew, pilots, didn't show up, so I'm stuck here in airport five hours til 10:30a im not very pleased with american airlines here at GSP Airport
Easy to get in but no pre-check line. Need to get pre-check for biz travelers.
Why do you have to go down to the luggage carousel when you checked your bag plane side? Are all your workers on breaks? Hire more staff.
