Not very efficient nor very friendly...from the check in counter through the security check..they should also work on getting an espresso machine that works! Seriously, good coffee can make up for what you lack in people skills!!
I like it I had no problems when I used the airport to travel to Cairo Egypt :)
For the first time ever I have been stuck in a very long, slow moving security line. I miss how things use to be at GSP.
Terminal doesn't open till 4:30-4:45 whenever TSa finally gets ready if you arrive two hrs before your 5:30 flight they make stand in line in a hallway that's 90 degrees

This was the most convenient airport before the remodel. Now it's a disaster!!! Especially If you are flying American or US Air. I recommend Charlotte instead.
Had the worst customer service experience ever. There is a young man who works at the USAir/ AA counter who was so incredibly rude I cried. He refused to help me, wouldn't give me his name and there was no manager available on the weekends to intervene. Be very careful, if you say something he doesn't like, you are in for it.
I flew southwest twice in the last 6 months. great experience. Great people. My first impression was with the gentleman who takes the bags and takes them outside of the airport. he ran right up to me and took my many bags. he puts a great face on that place!remember you only have one opportunity to make a good first impression and that definitely happened with me! thank you.
