We waited an hour for our flight' bags to come to baggage claim. 4 other flights came and left during this time. No one from the carrier willing or able to help; no sign of management. Poorly staffed and the staff that is there is poorly trained.

Thank you GSP and US Airways employees for finding my UNTAGGED carry-on I left at the airport and quickly sending it where it needed to go. I received my bag that night in Wichita. I could not be more thankful for the prompt delivery. I thought it was gone forever. THANK YOU!!!!!
Out of all my years of traveling, I have enjoyed flying in/out of GSP . A friendly & nice terminal that's not over crowed...

For a smaller airport very impressed, went thru quickly.
Last night my husband came in on a small flight. No others in then. We waited over 50 minutes to get luggage! That is absurd. The new baggage claim area is very nice but people were pounding the "very dislike new area " button on the little comment counter they had set up because they were so upset. You can build all the beautiful areas you want but inefficiency is human controlled! And I understand security but why can't they put in an elevated glassed area where children and adults can see the planes coming and going. I am... read more
Very beautiful premises, clean, efficient and friendly. WingSpan is growing this great facility that the whole state should be proud of. Go UpState and CU!!!
Can't believe how awful a beautiful airport turned into. What a shame. It was always such a pleasant experience.
