Does anyone know if the parking situation is better at GSP now ? I almost missed my flight last Tuesday.
I almost missed my flight because there was no parking in one garage. I was directed to the other garage and waited 20 minutes to get in only to find that there was no parking there either. Meanwhile, there was a closed lot with about 200 empty spaces. After a good half hour, they finally opened the lot. This is not acceptable. There were plenty of stressed, angry people. The airport staff was neither concerned or particularly helpful.
The airport is undergoing a fabulous make over yet you can still get around without being inconvenienced.
Very quick process! Hassle free! We were a little pushed for time arriving at 5:05 and flight time being 5:50. It took virtually no time to get through the entire process and board the plane with time to spare!
