Hi, Got an email from Gill - Customer Relations Coordinator. The response was terrible and no offer of how things could be put right or any type of reassurance. Please go on Trustpilot and read all the negative reviews. I think they have hidden there main website google reviews and the only reason would be because of soo many negative. Do the maths they are charging a fortune to pop round for no more than 15 mins at a time.
