Commercial side GTH is awful, Joseph Hughes, has no clue what he is doing and not really sure how he is in the position he is in. Left me without answers on 3 occasions now, ultimately GTH is a good company however Joseph is letting it down on a depressingly massive scale. I say depressing as that’s also how his colleagues describe him. Sack the guy maybe the company will do better without someone who has absolutely no knowledge of commercial letting.

They are so organised in here and staff too are polite and kind
We’ve had the most terrible experience whilst renting with GTH. From finding the place to checking out, it really was the worst. Richard, who is their head of maintenance is the rudest man I’ve ever had to encounter. There is nothing worse than having a man condescendingly shouting at you while you have Covid and trying to solve an issue.
