This is the only remedy to my issue because they have me cornered in policy that was not told to me by the salesperson. I was sold on signing up for their service when I was told there was NO contract obligation and that I could cancel service at anytime without penalty. So I agreed. When my household suffered an unexpected loss to budget, I requested to cancel service. We are surprised to read 3 negative reviews about Greenshield. Anytime we have an issue, they respond. We get a postcard letting us know when they'll be here and if we need inside service at that time to call them. They have been consistently attentive and responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends.
