**** was a Superior representative of Greenshield! He gave me an ETA call and told me not to confine my beagle to a bedroom during his visit. He said he was a dog person and it wouldnt be necessary if he wasnt an aggressive dog. **** greeted me and my dog, called him by name, gave him some belly rubs and I didnt have to listen to him continuously **************** my bedroom door during the whole visit!!!!! Greenshield Pest Control came to my apartment on November 5th to treat for roaches. Prior to them coming out to treat for roaches they sent out a letter saying to cover all food dishes and furniture with plastic. When returning to my apartment after treatment my food in my kitchen was uncovered and so was my sofa. ******* was nice and very informative when it came to removing the wasp nest. He came up with a plan and executed it to perfection. He explained what was in the bottle and when he knocked it down he explained that the little white things was the baby wasps. I was happy that they died on impact from the spray. I really appreciate ******* and all of his hard work and courage in getting rid of the wasp nest.
Had service today and as usual the technician was on time, polite, professional, and very respectful of my property. He was knowledgeable of his products and how to treat for my issues. I have and will continue to recommend them to others.
