Anthony was fantastic! He showed up early which is always appreciated on a work day. respectfully wore booties in our shoe free house, and even was considerate enough to warn my neighbor who was outside painting his porch about the fumes. Thank you!

I have been a customer for several years. The techs are always professional. I have asked for a retreat for ants and they were very responsive. They communicate well. They always ask and address any issues that we have. I highly recommend Greenshield.
This is the only remedy to my issue because they have me cornered in policy that was not told to me by the salesperson. I was sold on signing up for their service when I was told there was NO contract obligation and that I could cancel service at anytime without penalty. So I agreed. When my household suffered an unexpected loss to budget, I requested to cancel service. I was told it was too close to my next service, that I had to give them 30 day written notice before next service or it would be $*** to cancel. So I said ok... read more
We are surprised to read 3 negative reviews about Greenshield. Anytime we have an issue, they respond. We get a postcard letting us know when they'll be here and if we need inside service at that time to call them. They have been consistently attentive and responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends.
