This is a great company to work with. They use pet friendly supplies and are consistent with their customer service and work they do. We have worked with them for years in Midlothian and when we moved to Williamsburg, we were so happy to learn they still could service our pest control needs here at our new home location. Good prices, professional front office, and technicians. Friendly, responsive, and good advice and information is always shared.

One of the best companies we have worked with period. Timely, friendly and provide quality service. Technicians are extremely friendly and discuss with you what they are going to do and what to expect after the service is complete. Been with them for nearly 20 years and never disappointed.
I have been using GreenShield for probably 10 years or more, and during that time we requested to have the same technician, even when we moved. When he had to move, it was like we lost a family member! Since then, we have had two new technicians in our home, both of whom have been wonderful, helpful, kind, and well trained. I wouldn't change companies even if someone offered me free service! I don't know how they do it, but GreenShield finds the finest people and I'm so grateful I found them.
Nick was very knowledgeable and very thorough. We appreciated his friendly demeanor as he took the time to answer all of our questions.
Prompt, professional and courteous. Nice guy who performed the service as expected + he put a small amount of spray where the garage door closes against the ground. That was a nice little extra that I don't remember ever having anybody do before. Excellent job today!!
