Third treatment in of our year agreement. The Greenshield employee does a thorough job, answers all questions, is pleasant to speak with, and wears a face mask and shoe protectors while inside the house. I appreciated the fact that a face mask was worn. No unwanted bugs in the house, and he agreed to not spray beneficial spiders outside the house. I’m satisfied so far.

GreenShield provides excellent service. They are very responsive, professional, and friendly when you call to request service. For scheduled service, they send detailed notifications to let you know when to expect the tech. When I noticed a few spiders inside in between my quarterly service calls, they sent a tech out immediately to address my issue, with no charge. The technicians are thorough and ask questions to understand your concerns and make sure your needs are met. I highly recommend this company!
GreenShield has provided outstanding service through their technicians. Anthony is always professional, friendly, and thorough. He sees to it that inside and around our house is well protected. We highly recommend them for the outstanding work they do!!

I am very, very pleased with the service I've received from GreenShield. Their technician, specifically Andra, is thorough both outside and inside my house and even took the time today to remove a large wasp nest from the corner of the house at no extra charge to my service. I should add that I live in a very wooded area.
