Clearly under staffed can never get appointments and prescription requests take an age then items requested missed
Premises are new and clean as you would expect from recent infrastructure build. Admin and support nurses doing their best with hands tied behind backs. Limited GP support, appointment slots are only possible for general population via online booking system called Anima (perhaps “enigma” is more fitting given its mysterious workings!) First time at Linton as I live near Headcorn but needed to see Diabetic specialist and through Anima an appointment came within 10 days. Excellent surgery with good patient facilities incl a coffee shop. Good service!
