I recently had a window looking out into the garden converted into an external door with Greenoak Concept and Design. The customer service I found to be excellent throughout the process and the installation was incredibly professional with a great final product, finished to a high standard. I walked in to the showroom in January and was immediately helped by Dale. Information was supported by documents I could take away and peruse and questions answered on subsequent visits. There was no pressure to sign up and I appreciated Dales honesty and business values. The procedure from start to finish was clearly outlined and ran like clockwork. We recently have had a new super lite roof completed on our conservatory after it being a room we couldn’t use as was either too hot or too cold. It is amazing. The difference it has made is unbelievable. The team at Greenoaks were all so efficient, punctual and hardworking. We couldn’t find fault in the service and work carried out and would highly recommend them to anyone.
