I asked them to dry up the car properly and he answered "you see how many cars we have, we are too busy". He makes me feel like if he is cleaning my car for free. The worst is that they always ask you to get cash from Morrisons and they don't accept card payments.

Extremely disappointed with the so-called “premium” service. I took my car in for their most expensive package, expecting it to come back spotless. Instead, it came back almost exactly the same — stains on the front and windshield were still there, plus new water spots because they didn’t even dry it properly. Inside, the seats were still full of sand like they barely vacuumed at all. The only thing they clearly did was wipe some oil on the inside of the doors to make it look shiny — and that’s it. Car wash itself is good, but they decide when they allow you to pay card or not, paid card for loads of visits until one day they literally refused to wash if I was paying card, and to make it even funnier that same day earlier my husband went there and paid card, but later on I wasn’t allowed * on the same day*
