Absolutely appalling service (or lack of) from staff at both Swanscombe & Greenhithe surgeries. Completed an e-consult on the Monday afternoon, detailing a following up appointment that was required, post hospital treatment the previous week (the only reason I got directed towards Urgent Care was due to the e-consult being switched off at the time, and being told on the phone that there were no appointments until the following week at best). I could give them less if possible. You wait for an appointment and start at 16 only to be cut off when you are next in line .
The receptionist is lovely but the doctors are awful. They will do anything they can do to make you pay the most money I.e. writing me 2 prescriptions for the same medication at different doses which the pharmacist directly said was stupid and didn’t understand the reason. Also refusing to write a prescription for contraception which would be free, saying I have to buy this over the counter for £20-30, even when I said I couldn’t afford this.
Always helpful from Receptionist to Doctors. Thank youuuu...
