I recently registered here and had a couple of appointments. I’ve been so impressed with the level of care - friendly and efficient receptionist, probably the most empathetic doctor I’ve been seen by, and a lovely nurse. I’m really glad I ignored the negative reviews and registered here.
I have been with this surgery for 58 years. It has had its ups and downs with regards to staff but I feel it has improved greatly in the last few years. The receptionists are always helpful and polite, I dont have to wait long for an appointment and the doctors that I have seen have been very thorough and friendly. The nurses go above and beyond with their service especially Wiam Haddani, a fabulous nurse.
I have been living in the UK for a few years now and this is the only GP I had since then and I would not change it. There is no good or bad Surgery but there are (non)caring Doctors and Dr. Sadhra is the best doctor i have had so far. He listens, is professional and explains anything unclear with next potential steps I can move forward with. We are lucky to be with this practice. It feels they keep improving how to make it easier for patient.
When doctors are not professional nor are the reception staff and they are a waste of time it’s funny how they can ask for a pay rise yet their job they barely know it or of it… please be aware not to be trusting or believing in these doctors I had my fair share of lies and having to know that not all doctors are doctors.
