So helpful, just spoken with Julie who was very knowledgeable and talked me through a problem with the gas fridge on my swift caravan. She took the time to wait on the phone as I listened to her advice and talked me through a step by step process of elimination. Thanks to Julie the fridge is working perfectly. SO HELPFUL.
