Tom and his team have completely transformed our garden and we couldn’t be happier. They were friendly, respectful, and always on time. The quality of the turf, paving, and planting was excellent, and everything was done with real care and attention to detail. It was a pleasure having them around and the whole process was very well managed. I’d happily recommend them to family and friends.
Tom and his team did a fantastic job transforming our garden. They laid new turf, installed a beautiful patio, built raised beds, and handled all planting with care. Always punctual and professional, with excellent communication throughout. The workmanship was top quality and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. We had agreed on everything, even on Tom getting the plants. Only on the day of the work, he showed up without the plants and said he thinks it's best for me to get the flowers myself and he can come and plant it for me. We arranged two times last summer and he never showed up. Tried again recently this spring and a no show again. Tom obviously had absolutely no intention to plant the flowers and just kept giving me the run around. I needed a courtyard transformation, which was challenging due to access issues. Tom leads a team that is hard working and dedicated. Tom has to be solution-focused as several unforeseen obstacles arise and he delivers - full of suggestions to achieve a good outcome. I am delighted with the outcome. I would recommend this team to anyone.
