I was extremely impressed from the moment I emailed for help. Possible times came back, I chose what suited. Ben arrived on time but did not know my system. He read the instruction I have and found the password. He then did a number of checks found the fault isolated it, did a retest and had to set it up. Brilliant. While doing all this he answered the many questions I asked. Thank You.
Complicated install due to 2 separate solar panel setups, creating a hardware/software problem setting up the WiFi control of the batteries. System is now fully working due in no small part to the dogged perseverance of the engineers. Well done guys
