1 star is generous, Embarrassing company, happy to take more money every year but the service gets progressively worse, will most definitely not be paying next year
I am genuinely at a loss as to how this company continues to operate given the quality—if it can be called that—of the service they provide. In my view, the entire setup borders on fraudulent. Their invoicing practices are particularly alarming: highly vague, lacking meaningful detail, and seemingly designed to obscure rather than clarify. Don't feel that any significant work gets done on the estate and they charge what they fancy and you can't do anything about it.
The most corrupt company in the world, fraudulant invoicing for works not done by them or their contractors. No communication, no answers from their customer service.
