I've been well supported by Michael and Carlos throughout the sale of my brother's retirement apartment. Despite the disappointment of an early buyer pulling out, and then my brother passing away, so we had to start again ; they were always positive and diligent to keep things moving. The communication was always good but not in a over pushy way, as can be the case with some agents.
