Like others before me I engaged Green Thumb,They took direct debit payments and only turned up once.I cancelled their services and abided by their terms and wrote cancelling but they have not refunded several months payments.All I can say is please look at other companies who are more reliable and trustworthy.
Terrible. Lawn developed a fungus whilst I paid for their service. Cancelled the service and await a refund on excess direct debit paid.
After waiting several weeks for someone to call, finally a young man came, looked over our lawn and said the company would be in touch. Months later we had to call again requesting total care of our lawn and the same young man appeared to give us a quote, not to do any work, saying the original paperwork had been lost. He then told us that many clients had the same complaint as us and they were losing customers weekly. We will not be using their 'services'.
