You would think after the amount of complaints they would give their receptionist’s a little more customer training. Absolutely shocking!

Shocking customer service: receptionist tried to end the phone call several times, shortly after it began. I didn’t understand her advice on how to move forwards and asked her to wait until I could clarify. She repeated herself three times, cutting me off multiple times and then hung up on me. Appalling. Had I been a vulnerable person this would have left me feeling totally lost and unsupported. Rethink your approach please, green practice. And improve on your staff training for phone calls with patients.

My family of four has been registered at the Green Practice for 24 years. Our experiences have been consistently excellent. Access is notably good - we've often been offered appointments on the same day or within a few days, even for non-urgent problems. I've found the receptionists to be helpful and friendly, and all the docs to be knowledgeable and caring. Recently a visiting relative became ill at the inconvenient time of Friday 2pm.
