I have been with the Green Practice for nearly 6 months and I can attest that, from receptionist to nurses and doctors, the staff have always been professional, polite and friendly. Not once in all these months have I had a poor experience with them compared to my previous difficult experience with GP practices in Scotland. Highly recommended !
I have been with the Green Practice for more than 15 years and I can attest that, from receptionist to nurses and doctors, the staff have always been professional, polite and friendly. Not once in all these years have I had a poor experience. In fact, I was there today and had a very pleasant experience with the phlebotomist who is a twin as I am so we had an instant bond. Highly recommended !
They reception refused to help me despite I came with urgent condition. Heartless people, please avoid.
Terrible receptionist rude and hung up on me straight away, just joined this practice and will be looking elsewhere already, receptionists need to stay in there place, they are supposed to help people not male them worse, is empathy too much to ask for?
