Just got my Monster electric trike from Green Power. John, the wonderful engineer, talked me through the controls and made sure all was working well. He was well within delivery slot timing.

Five star service. As it turned out, the scooter I chose for my mum was unsuitable. But despite having travelled the length of England to deliver it, Green Power offered me an immediate and complete refund.

Initially happy as had no problems when I bought my own mobility scooter so I recommended GP for a relative who then purchased a scooter from GP. The scooter was apparently lost by FedEx & GP didn’t let my relative know, he had to contact them. I too had to contact them as they seemed to be fobbing him off with excuses. They sent out another but even that one didn’t arrive when it should have. Again the customer service was diabolical from both GP & FedEx. Till today i was so reasonable happy, but not now, and here's why - Youve had all my details ive had all i can take from your company now, you have absolutely no customer service skills, passing the buck on so no one has to deal with my, the paying customer, query, thats a very sody service to us that worked in customer role jobs ourselves over many years and we thought customer service should be the same now, but obviously it isn't, instead its rubbish and diabolical, disgusting in fact.
