Rushing my poorly 5 month old puppy in at 5am was so upsetting for us, but from the moment we entered the building they could not have done more, they put my mind at ease with regular updates and frequent phone calls. I would like to thank every member of staff from cleaners, reception, kennel and nursing staff and vets. It takes a team to achieve this high level of care, professionalism and friendly happy atmosphere. Winnie the Bassett thanks you all for making her better.
I’m extremely happy with the staff and facilities they offer at green pastures vets. They treat your animal with kindness and care. And support you through and difficult procedures or illness etc. Also with my eldest cat who ended up not being insured as I’d not renewed by accident and from anything that isn’t covered by insurance with my other cats, I have always spoken before treatment about how I can pay and they have always done everything they to help and support you work something out.
