1 star is to much purchased a item with 24-48 hour delivery item was meant to be dispatched sent a message asking for confirmation of when it would be delivered after 5 days no response so after 6 days contacted again via phone first person just hung up called back was left ringing for some time someone then answered to tell me my part has been lost and they are removing another part from another vehicle unsure when i would of been informed im being sent a part that wasnt what i purchased also rude on the phone check there e... read more
Failed MOT on a seatbelt tear, and the part was going to take 3 weeks from the supplier. Managed to find this company and sourced the seatbelt I needed at a third of the cost. Big thanks to Lee in the call centre who helped expedite the process for me as the garage was chasing up. Delivery was quick and the car is all sorted. I would recommend.
