Worst customer care ever… Be very careful if you ever have to deal with this company. I had recently(March 2024) got a quote and paid the deposit for solar installation. Due to some reason I had to cancel the work within 24 hours of paying them the deposit and was told by Henry I will get my full deposit back. I told them the money is from a loan and I would therefore like this to be prioritised so I don’t have to pay any penalties. However, until today I have not received my refund.
