We stayed four nights and could not fault a thing. Exceptional service from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Great location, views and the food from room service to the buffet was excellent. Kathleen at reception was friendly, professional and went the ‘extra mile’ several times during our stay. Very impressive as were all the staff. We would highly recommend the Ritz-Carlton, Millenia.
