Hosted a dinner in a private room at the Summer Pavilion last night and it was fantastic. Angel and her service team took great care of us, attentive but not in your face. The food was really excellent and I’m really impressed with Chef Cheung’s creations especially the smoked Char Siew and smoked duck. The smoky taste was simply amazing. Thanks Summer Pavilion for a wonderful experience for us and all our guests.
