Had good deal from scoot so we decided to have a short break in Singapore, the flight arrived an hour early so we got to the hotel before 4:30am, The front desk staff Laura and Amirul went through so many process to get us a key before we finished our breakfast followed the little gift as well... Ritz-Carlton, you lovely staff taught me a lesson about customer service today!!!! I would rate 6 star if I could � Big THANK YOU!!!
Food is too expensive compare to quality. Hotel is magnificient.
Summer Pavilion is absolutely stunning restaurant!
The Colony Lounge Afternoon Tea was recommended to me and it didn’t disappoint! A friend and I decided to visit and partake on saturday while on a weekend visit to Singapore. Th experience was lovely - savour dishes tasty and buffet sweets and scones a real treat! Will be back!
