We had the afternoon tea, service was horrible! We made sure that all the dietary instructions was send weeks before and still they kept having it wrong! So disappointing won’t come back again! Food was yummy but experience wasn’t!

It’s a 5 star hotel with a 10 star service. From the hotel entrance to the restaurant, we were greeted by every single staff. It’s unbelievable that’s such services exist in Singapore. The restaurant staff were incredibly great, helpful and cheerful and happy. Obviously the food delicious and the buffet spread were sumptuous ... keep up the great job ����
