Such a fabulous hotel
Had great experienced during our buffet dinner at Colony. The service staffs were awesome. From the bell counter to lobby and restaurants. They deserve excellent service award!!!

This is the first time I have experienced service beyond normal. There are 2 examples during my staycation here. First, as I came back from a morning run, I was stopped at the entrance and asked if I wanted a bottle of water and a cold towel, it felt great as I really wanted water! He followed up with “How was your run?” And I am just happy that the staff showed they cared. Next was when we found the DVD player wasn’t working and called for help, they sent a service personnel to fix it. He got it working after resetting but ... read more
