I had the worst reception experience I’ve ever seen. The staff member at the front desk philippines lady showed zero respect and provided no explanation for anything. Every question we asked was answered with “I don’t know.” If the team cannot provide basic information, management should reconsider staffing. I will not be coming back, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
