I have never had so much trouble with financing a car that I had with Green Chevrolet for some reason they couldn’t make my first co signer to work so I had to get another one so they re did the paperwork and stuff but they screwed up on the paper work so we had to give them newer bank statements and paycheck stubs and when I finally had the time to go in the dealer was very rude I almost wanted to give up the car but I thought I made it this far so I’ll go through with this after everything was settled no apology no thank y... read more
They sold us a truck with blown head gasket. Cost $4k to have repaired.

They respond quickly with service appointments and finish the work in a satisfying and timely manner. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable.
Tried ripping off my 23 year old daughter by telling her she needed $900 worth of service that was NOT needed. Took it to another dealer who confirmed that the only thing needed was a minor repair and that repair was under warranty (a repair that Green never mentioned). Also with the purchase of the car - the finance person tried to sell a high interest rate by not disclosing the rate until I asked and said I could find a lower rate and like magic - Green found that rate too. Do not trust them at all.
