Called about a truck last night talked to Chris and told him we wanted to come drive it this morning from over an hour away .... talked to him at 8:10 am that we were gonna be on our way soon it’s not till 9:40 when we are almost there that he calls to tell us it was sold last night. They lie to consumers to make that sale! They tell you how great this lifetime powertrain warranty is to get you to buy the car then when you have followed ever maintenance schedule to the letter, and something happens to the car you bought that should be covered they say we never offered that on your car! But they did and said everything would be in the computer, but management says they can’t be held accountable for what one of their salesman say! Crooks!! Go someplace else!!! While we cover engines and transmissions all the time for people you already knew you didn’t have it. We aren’t crooks no more than we are miracle workers. We purchased a 2012 Equinox in July 2018. We had 2 options in mind and looked them both over before deciding on this one. The 5 hours we were at the dealership, we were repeatedly told about a Green Chevrolet “Disney experience” and that our purchase included a lifetime power train warranty. Late last year we began to have issues with the engine light. Take it over to be looked at and they say we don’t have a warranty. I work there is my opinion probably doesn't matter, but from the week I've been there they are a great dealership really laid back and would recommend them 1000%. My experience so far with Green has been minimal. Although I have had five⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️business with them thus far. Brad Hutchinson recently sold me a 2018 Chevy Equinox. I can’t say enough about how hard he worked finding me the best deal for my pocket and safety. My credit isn’t the best I’d like it to be, although they made it affordable. I’m happy to take advantage of Green perks and experience. Thanks again, Brad and everyone at Green !

We purchased a truck from this dealership ..and with that we had a contract with a special price for oil changes as long as we own the truck . Over the last year it has been virtually impossible to schedule an oil change. Supposedly they are two weeks out trying to fit us in for a thirty minute oil change .. poor service. What a joke!!

There is no way that is true. You can basically just drive in and we will help you. We have 6 oil change teams comprised of 24 techs. Please give me some info on when it is convenient for you and I will personally get you in at that exact time. I will apologize that we are very busy at times as our service department ranks as one of the highest in the country for customer loyalty. We don’t suck ma’am we just have a lot of valued customers.
I had the opportunity to work with Brighton. He was extremely easy to work with and friendly. I had a wonderful first experience at Green Chevrolet! Will definitely come back for future cars!
