I took a Chuck in their for a drive shaft dropping out of the transfer case in the front they file the insurance claim for the back one and they put the wrong drive shaft on my truck now look stupid as 6" lived and they're telling me that the drive shut there was on I don't even look the same and they want me to pay for in they canceled my rental car
Took my diesel truck there to get nox sensor replaced. Mechanic stripped threads off when taking off (not his fault it happens). Went from $400 fix to $4900. I asked him if he could tap it out and he stated they don’t make tap that big. I then took it to mechanic down the road and he tapped it out and fixed problem for $500. Took me 30 seconds of searching online to find tap made just for this sensor. When I went back in and confronted mechanic he said he has $70000 dollars in tools and wasn’t going to buy anymore. I am always happy with the service department at Green Chevrolet!!! Thank you for such great service. The service department is the reason I keep coming back.
Because of the messages the General Manager continue to deliver in their commercials I will not shop at this dealership. He needs to learn to keep politics out of his business practices.
