Green has an awesome service department, BUT they are sorely lacking in salesmanship. They tried to get me to sign papers on a car that I couldn't test-drive or even look at. They hadn't purchased it yet! "We'll just tear up the papers if it isn't what we said it was." Seriously? Who does that?
in regards to service, maybe you should tell people it will cost $120 just to look at car when something goes wrong when selling them a warranty that has 100 deductible. I understand the codes cannot tell you the part to buy, but if it is something covered under warranty that $120 should go towards deductible. just seems like they are out to screw people out of extra money they may not have. Personally Steele from green team was very condescending and treated me like a woman who is stupid which I can assure you I am not.

They keep advertising vehicles that are already sold to lure you into dealership then try and up sell you something more expensive. I do not trust them.
Just had some service work and an oil change at Green Chevrolet, my Service supervisor Damian and my service tech Kyle were absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with. It's amazing knowing I can rely and trust them and Green Chevrolet with my car! You guys have a customer for life! Thank you again guys!
