Great if you want to pay extra for your blinds to go straight into production. Not so great if you have standard delivery and have to wait ages. Couriers they use have a tendency to loose blinds. The 5mm allowance they have is sometimes 10mm and the blinds especially venetians often arrive with at least 1 damaged. Plenty of other manufacturers around and in all honesty they would probably do a better job.
Joseph Butterfield was excellent at dealing with an issue with my blinds. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, the quality is also great and the prices are very reasonable.
