I hired Greco to clean out an abandoned house - FULL of clutter, contaminated with rat feces. The were on time, on the agreed upon day, stayed in touch with me during the process, and finished a day and a half before our estimated time. I was coming into FL from Michigan to clean out the house, and Catalina worked with me to schedule the cleanout. I am very impressed!

I have been working with Greco for a couple of years. It has been a good relationship, no complains. Payments are on time, the employees at the office are very polite, professional, well organize and most of all at big help for all vendors. Working for Greco is been a good experience.

For over four years we have been working with Greco and it have been a bless. They are always helping us when we need it. Never a problem with the payments,always on time.The girls at the office are so nice, even though we only communicate by phone,it feels like we are a big family. I'm a business operating in east coast Florida. We have been working for Greco for over 3 years now and never had a problem with payments nor with communication with them. It is one of the most reliable company that we deal with. Staff is very friendly and outgoing. They resolve problems on a timely manner.

It is shameful that the anonymity of the internet allows people to disparage a solid respectable business. We are located in SW Florida and have been a vendor for Greco for about 5 years. All the reviews below are not updated or true. I worked inside the office for about 8 months and had to leave for school purposes. This company DOES pay on time, and is very helpful when needed. They make you feel very comfortable and easy to work in enviorment. they make fair prices with all vendors. I would highly recommend this company!

Sadly, Greco has received their Freddie Mac contract based on minority status and a lie. They are a dishonest company and the employees are dishonest in the field. One contractor said that they withheld pay to the field crews to by their own trucks and equipment. Then they put their family and friends to work in those trucks. They have monopolized the trash outs in South Florida by being dishonest and cheating Freddie Mac. Wish Freddie Mac would catch them and give the business to people who appreciate it and are honest.

costumer services is bad well not bad ***** really bad***** they give u contract for no reason because they treat you really bad u tell them what going on with the property and they tell u o ok we fix it next thing u know 2 week after a manager call u to ask what goin on ,,, u explain the u call greco told them about,, but the person u talk to dont remember the email the u send they never received is always a problem

This company and it's level of communication skills is very lacking! This is your typical "BAIT and SWITCH" company! 1st they tell you they will call with work. (ihad to call them every day several times a day!)They tell you they are behind inschedule. (This is just a complete farce.) They tell you that they pay less but make up for it in bulk business.
