The doctor and front desk staff are great! However, the billing department was a nightmare. Be cautious of co-pay charges—they double-charged me multiple times. This wasn’t just a one-time mistake; it’s a system issue. I reported it twice, but the billing representative was impatient and always spoke in a rushed tone. I hope the organization addresses this system glitch and finds the right billing staff to work precisely and effectively.
Dr. Kram is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in both his diagnosis and care. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns until I totally understood the plan.
