I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Gabriel Petruccelli and his entire office staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, professional, and attentive. Dr. Petruccelli took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my care. I recently had the experience of meeting Dr Derek Kram . I was an emergency patient and when I called their office they brought me in the same day as an emergency. The front office staff, medical techs and Dr. Kram were exceptional. Dr. Kram, took the time to listen to me, ordered X-rays and MRI. He treated me with such care and referred me for physical therapy.dr. Kram saw me once a month for three months to make sure I was progressing smoothly and with his guidance I am pain free. I want to commend the entire staff at GWOG. First Dr. Evans is thorough and professional. He takes his time to review the problem and address and explain it in a way I can understand. I am speaking from experience since I had both knees replaced by him. Another important factor for me is response time. I got to commend his excellent staff in this regard. I was experiencing some pain and contacted him and Kristie and got a response back within hours and an appointment for the next day. The is par for the course with the team.... read more
Dr. Petruccelli is great, however the front desk staff not so much, I had so many problems in the past with appointment being scheduled and not being on their calendar when I got there, staff being rude on the phone when I called to schedule appointments, honestly, I just keep going there because Dr. Petruccelli is a very good doctor.
